IS IT A RETURN?
Have no fear, Cherubino is here! We will look into your inquiry as soon as possible and get in touch. We offer free returns and exchanges.

Please state in the subject line “RETURN”, include your order number and zip code so that we can get the ball rolling STAT.
OUR RETURN POLICY
You can return any Cherubino purchase that is:
- unworn;
- unwashed;
- with the tags attached;
- not marked on sale (does not apply to damaged items - see below)
You can return your order or items from your order for FREE within thirty (30) days of your original purchase. Make that forty-five days during the holiday season! (Christmas and Easter)
If you kept the original packing, fabulous! Simply pack it up and send it back to us with the digital prepaid shipping label that will be sent to you after contacting us at hello@cherubino.us
If you threw away the original packing, no biggie; please, simply carefully put the garment inside a zip bag tucked inside a shipping envelope to protect your order for its trip back to us. We strive for zero waste at Cherubino, so we appreciate you taking the time to protect your return order because another teeny Cherubini or a Cherubino Tween-O may want what you returned.
As soon as we get your return and inspect the item(s), your return will be processed. It may take up to 3 business days for your return to be processed from the time it is received.

EXCHANGES
Okay, this is an easy two-step return and reorder action. We offer free shipping on re-orders, and we will honor any promotions that were applied to your original order. Start by contacting us at hello@cherubino.us. Please state in the subject line “EXCHANGE” and include your order number and zip code.
REFUNDS
How long will it take to process my refund?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We will send you an email once the item(s) have been received and inspected and your refund has been processed.
What if the items I ordered are damaged or defective?
My goodness, let’s look into this right away!
You must notify us at hello@cherubino.us within 7 days of receipt if the item is damaged or defective, otherwise your return/exchange will not be accepted. Feel free to let us know if you would like to replace your item with the same one we originally sent out. Please return damaged/defective merchandise to us within 7 days of receiving it and we will be happy to issue a refund based on the original payment method. If you wish to exchange or return the item, please include your order number and zip code. We would appreciate it if you could describe the damage or defect in more detail. The journey from our warehouse to your doorstep can involve a lot of changes for a package. Our delivery partners will be able to know that they are also doing their very best.
