Shipping policy

Please note that we are doing our best to deliver your orders on time. We cannot control potential delivery delays caused by the delivery services.  

For orders over $100, we offer free economy shipping (USPS). At checkout, this offer will automatically be applied to continental United States residents. 

Please note that currently we do not ship to military addresses and P.O. Boxes.

The processing and shipping of Cherubino.us orders usually takes 2-3 business days outside of Florida. The shipping process does not take place on weekends. A customer service representative will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not in stock or needs to be confirmed. A business day does not include Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday. The delivery process may be impacted by holidays. 

Please note that we cannot guarantee the arrival date of your order. Our shipping facility in Florida is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your package after USPS picks it up.

Economy: $6 or free on $100 or more. Arrives within 7-10 business days of shipping (USPS).

Standard: $10 or free on $100 or more. Arrives within 5-6 business days of shipping (UPS).

Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $20 per order or free on $150 or more. Once the order has been shipped, it should arrive between 2 and 3 business days after it has been processed. Holidays may influence delivery times.

Express Shipping: Flat rate of $30 per order or free on $200 or more. The order will be processed within 1 business day, and once shipped, the order will arrive in 1-2 business days. It is possible that delivery days may be impacted by holidays.
